Great news in the midst of the chaos!

Dear ZIMBOCASH family

Zimbabwe is in a state of major economic turmoil right now. It dovetails with an important announcement from us for our community.

The state of Zimbabwe
The Zimbabwe dollar is depreciating rapidly as a medium of exchange and the government is exploring the other alternatives — including the US dollar in trade.

However, there is no appropriate US dollar banking system in Zimbabwe and much of trade is now becoming completely cash-based. There are long queues at the banks where people are trying to withdraw cash.

For Zimbabweans, the forex banking alternatives are becoming increasingly unreliable.

Two weeks ago World Remit, one of the largest remittance providers and the supplier to Mukuru, terminated some of their remittance services to Zimbabwe. Likewise, the South African Reserve Bank is currently investigating shutting down the bank accounts of all Zimbabwean citizens in South Africa. The US dollar and the South African rand are not the solution to the monetary problems in Zimbabwe.

Dollarisation in any form would result in Zimbabwe losing sovereignty to these other nations — we will be talking more on this in the next few weeks.

There is only one solution to the problem of money printing. That is to fix the supply of money. This is what we are doing with ZASH. We believe we are providing the solution that will cause a radical turnaround in the economic fortunes of Zimbabwe.

Our exciting news
While this is going on, we have some exciting news at ZIMBOCASH. We have been working hard to deliver a complete solution for you.

Vendor application opened up to all stores

We are opening up the vendor program to all vendors in Zimbabwe. If you sell agricultural produce (i.e. food), you can apply to our Approved Vendor campaign. If you receive ZASH in trade you can cash-out $1 per buyer per day. To join, go into your wallet now and apply via the Vendor Application tab in your menu.

Ultimately, we want people to be able to buy food using ZASH, and for vendors to be able to cash in and out with ZASH as needed.

Buy Button
We have had many people ask how they can buy more with Zimbabwe dollars. We have enabled a Buy button where people can purchase more ZASH.

If you sign into your wallet, you can also buy more ZASH directly in the app simply and easily. You can buy with Zimbabwe dollars or with South African Rand. On your wallet screen, you will be able to see SEND, RECEIVE and BUY buttons. Simply navigate to the buy screen and follow the prompts.

Diaspora now can join
If you are in the diaspora, you can now join and receive your ZASH rewards.

You will need to download the android app, verify yourself with your Zimbabwean ID and then you will receive your ZASH allocation.

But hurry, you have until the 15th July 2022 to secure your current balance of ZASH, thereafter, everyone who signs up and successfully verifies will receive $8 worth of ZASH and $0.8 per referral.

As the economy in Zimbabwe begins to falter, our solution is coming on stream in a powerful way.

Kind Regards
