News of changes in our team

Hi Family

We wanted to let you know of changes happening in our team. One of the pioneers of our movement, Laswet Savadye, will be leaving. We're tremendously sad to see him go.  He has been a pillar in our community and we will miss him.

We are still passionately committed to our dream of sound money for Zimbabwe and Laswet leaves behind a strong team who are continuing with the vision.

Here are some parting words from Laswet:

Dear ZIMBOCASH Family

You may have noticed my leave of absence lately. I took some time off to rest as I did not do so during the festive season. It was a time of great reflection and introspection. I have taken stock of where I am at and where I wanted to have been. It is with great sadness that I have to love and leave you. I have been living away from my family for the past few years and I would like to prioritise them.

It is time for me to transition to other interests and I won’t have enough headspace and time to work full time on the project.

I am however, still committed to the vision of ZIMBOCASH and will be cheering you all from the side lines. I will continue to be involved in the project in a different capacity just not as a member of the core team.

I urge and implore you to keep the heart you have and to continue working as hard you have been.

I have run my race and it has come to an end. All the team members are aware of my departure and are supportive.

Kind regards

Laswet.

  ——

Laswet, we will miss you. Thank you for all you have done to build our community and vision. We bless you as you go.
